...that's how I feel lately...

those must be the most awful Christmas holidays I spent in the last ten years... I didn't see them coming, I didn't even enjoy them...
yeah, ok, I don't want to rant, I'm not even really sad... I'm... disappointed... and a little frustrated maybe...

I got a new job for the 2010... which is perfectly awesome since I really needed money for my art school and life projects... too bad I'll start working on January the FIRST in the morning, it means no New Year celebrations for me since I'll have to go to work when most people will go to sleep =___=... I always hated new year celebrations, but this year was going to be the first year with a party I could have enjoyed... and of course I can't be there >_>
Also, tomorrow my parents will leave for a week so I'll be alone at home, which makes me even more depressed (and, hey, I always loved being alone at home!)

and just to beat my mood a little more (as if it wasn't already badly beaten), I'm not drawing.
yeah, again... and I wanted to enter tree contests that are going to end in less than ten days... not to mention the trades and everything... and I can't draw to save my life...
I just can't be optimistic when I'm not able to hold the pencil in my hand...
also, I'm so afraid that the work won't allow me to draw anymore =___=.. yeah, I know it must be because I'm feeling down that I have such depressive thoughts, but... meh...


see, I didn't want to rant but in the end I'm doing it...

    • THEME ONE:
    The Ultimate Crossover!
    Show one (or more) of my characters interacting with one (or more) of your characters.

    What would happen if they met? What would they do? What kind of shit would happen? Yeah, stuff like that XD.
    I leave you full freedom of choice on what to portray as long as you keep my characters IC.
    You hear me.

    THIS THEME IS NOW OPEN FOR PROSE ENTRIES!

    -if you're afraid of not being able to portray my characters interacting in a proper way;
    -if you don't know and you're not willing to learn anything about my characters, except their look;
    -or if you don't own any original character to begin with...

    then the THEME TWO is what could work for you!

    THEME TWO:
    Draw Me Pretty!
    Portraying of one (or more) of my characters.

    Every kind of illustration about my characters can enter this category, no theme restriction.
    Yeah, simple like that 8D.



    RULES AND GUIDELINES
    -Digital and traditional works, mixed media art and photo manipulations allowed. Prose entries allowed for theme one! English and Italian only please!
    -New works only: they must be done especially for this contest.
    -Follow characters guidelines as close as you can: I'm not very fond of OOC situations.
    -Mature content is allowed as long as it respects DA rules.
    -The contest should be mentioned in the art description: link back to my account and to this journal please.
    -No entries limit and you can enter both themes. You can't win twice though.


    Deadline for now is March the 21st. Yeah, 2010, of course.

    I'm still trying to figure out how everything works (and that's why I had to move all the adoption pictures to my main gallery >__<...) but I'd like to use it to gather all the fan works you made about my characters :heart:
